Starting: 7:30 PM
Reggae, hip-hop, rock and Jewish musical traditions come together as Matisyahu returns to the Miami Beach Bandshell with his annual Festival of Light tour. Presented Saturday, December 19 by GMP Live and Gelb Productions, the concert marks the tour’s third consecutive year at the Bandshell and its 21st edition overall.
Known for songs including “King Without a Crown” and “One Day,” Matisyahu has spent more than two decades blending reggae with beatboxing, alternative rock and improvisation while drawing on Jewish spiritual themes. Festival of Light features a career-spanning set that mixes longtime favorites with newer material, covers and other selections from across his catalog.
