Meditative Tea & Sound Ceremony

Meditation, sound and tea ritual come together for a contemplative midday experience at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. Meditative Tea & Sound Ceremony takes place Thursday, March 12.

Held inside the Butterfly Gallery during Tara Benmeleh’s solo exhibition, the session invites participants into a quiet, immersive environment surrounded by the artist’s collages and dreamcatchers. Guided by Natalia Temkin, the ceremony blends a live sound bath with moments of stillness designed to encourage reflection and relaxation.

Throughout the experience, tea is served slowly and intentionally by Benmeleh, complementing the resonant tones of rare instruments used during the sound meditation. The combined elements of sound, ritual and mindful tea service create a calming space for participants to pause, reset and reconnect within the garden’s art-filled setting.
