A holiday-themed social mixer brings together more than 150 singles for an evening of cocktails and conversation as The Social Club transforms its indoor-outdoor space into a festive setting designed for easy introductions. With the restaurant dressed in seasonal décor and a lively crowd circulating throughout the night, the event offers a relaxed alternative to app-based meetups.

Meet Me Under the Mistletoe takes place at the Kimpton Surfcomber, where attendees can explore a Grinchmas-inspired menu, enjoy happy hour offerings and take advantage of discounted valet for event participants. The gathering is part of the Matchbox series, which pairs casual mingling with an optional compatibility quiz. After check-in, guests complete a short survey before spending the evening meeting new people; at 9 p.m., a series of clues leads to each participant’s match, revealed fully by 9:30 p.m.

The event welcomes adults of all orientations and encourages both solo attendees and friend groups. Should the participant count be uneven, guests receive a platonic match along with a complimentary ticket to a future Thursday event. A physical ID is required for entry.
