Memorial Day: Rise and Toast takes place on Sunday, May 25 at The Urban, offering two distinct experiences throughout the afternoon. From noon to 4:00 p.m., the “Rise” portion features a brunch menu curated by @kookinwithkryssi, known for fusing island-inspired cuisine with bold, flavorful twists. Starting at 4:00 p.m., the event transitions into “Toast,” an open-air social where DJs and live performers keep the energy going until 9:00 p.m.
The DJ lineup includes Doctor Esan, Silent Addy, Deion Da DJ, Greg Runway and Shadow Fyah, with a special guest appearance by @chromaticlive, bringing Caribbean and Afrobeat rhythms to the forefront.
