The Merryvale Vineyards Pairing Dinner takes place on Thursday, June 19 beginning at 7 p.m. at Prime 54, located inside the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. As part of the Cellar 1954 series, the dinner features a multi-course menu by Executive Chef Michael Paley, with each course paired to highlight the character and complexity of Merryvale’s wines. Known for its historic presence in St. Helena and commitment to small-lot production, Merryvale produces varietals that reflect the distinct terroir of Napa Valley.
