MFF By Moonlinght: One Life
Mar 22, 2026
Starting: 07:00 PM
An outdoor film screening brings a historical drama to the beach in Surfside as part of the Miami Film Festival’s MFF By Moonlight series. One Life will be shown Sunday, March 22, behind the Surfside Community Center.
Directed by James Hawes and starring Anthony Hopkins, the film tells the true story of Sir Nicholas Winton, a London broker who helped rescue more than 600 children from Nazi-occupied Czechoslovakia in the months leading up to World War II. The story highlights themes of humanitarian action and individual impact during a pivotal moment in history.
Presented as a free, beachside screening, the event invites attendees to watch the film in an open-air setting as part of the festival’s outdoor programming.
