Miami Art Week at Faena

Faena Art marks ten years in Miami Beach with a trio of large-scale installations by Es Devlin, unfolding across the Faena District during Miami Art Week.

This year’s presentation centers on LIBRARY OF US, a 50-foot kinetic sculpture on Faena Beach that functions as a communal space for reading, reflection and shared experience. Inside the Faena Cathedral, Devlin’s READING ROOM offers an immersive, light-filled environment that extends the project’s themes of language and connection. A complementary exhibition, TRACING TIME, features drawings and paintings on glass, paper and screens inside the Faena Project Room.

The experience is enhanced through interactive technology powered by Ray-Ban Meta, allowing visitors to translate text within the artworks in real time. On-site demonstrations introduce guests to the smart-eyewear features and provide guided moments of engagement.

Presented by Chase Sapphire Reserve®, this multi-site installation invites audiences to move between beach, cathedral and project room, encountering Devlin’s signature blend of scale, light and poetic inquiry.
