Miami Art Week: Percussion Pop-Up Concert

A Miami Art Week pause lands in SoundScape Park as New World Symphony Fellows present a one-hour percussion pop-up designed for visitors moving between galleries and events. Beginning at 7 p.m., the park becomes a momentary soundscape of live percussion, recorded orchestra selections and tributes to Miami’s musical character—an easy, open-air breather amid the week’s intensity. Free swag is available while supplies last.

Additional pop-up performances by NWS Fellows take place along nearby Lincoln Road from 7 to 9 p.m., extending the evening’s energy across the neighborhood.

Part of the New World Symphony’s Mobile WALLCAST® series, the event brings the signature WALLCAST® experience into the community. All programming is free and open to the public, supported by the Knight Foundation, the Wege Foundation and the NWS Resilience Fund.

This event takes place Friday, December 5 at SoundScape Park.
