Miami Spice X Camillus House: Dinner by Chef Cesar Zapata

Join Camillus House on Tuesday, September 19 as they present their first Miami Spice dinner experience in partnership with the the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Miami Spice program. The dinner will be prepared by Chef Cesar Zapata from the Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant Phuc Yea, with dinner service handled by the Camillus House's Kitchen Cook Training students.
Dinner will start with edamame hummus, served with chili lemongrass oil and crispy tostones followed by Phuc Yeah's famous fish sauce caramel smoked short rib with a side of watermelon salad. For dessert, the dinner will feature a decadent croissant bread pudding. A delicious mocktail will accompany the three-course meal.
The dinner experience will take place in the Bank of America Community Room at the beautiful Norwegian Cruise Line Campus of Camillus House. Garage parking is free and accessible through NW 15th street.
