Expert-led wellness activities and free health services combine to create a comprehensive day of self-care programming. The Mind-Body Women & Girls Wellness Day returns to Scott Galvin Community Center in North Miami on Sunday, March 30, marking its third year of promoting community health and wellness.
The day begins with back-to-back yoga sessions and a skincare workshop in the morning, followed by lunch and an educational panel discussion. Throughout the event, vendors will be present offering wellness-related products and services. Free clinical services are available to all participants, supporting the event's focus on accessible healthcare and wellness education.
Hosted by Prosperity Social & Community Development Group Inc. (PSCDG), this free community event welcomes participants of all ages and provides complimentary parking.
