MindTravel Live-to-Headphones Silent Piano Concert

A sunset piano performance delivered through wireless headphones brings a meditative music experience to Haulover Beach Park on Miami Beach. MindTravel’s live-to-headphones format allows guests to listen closely to improvisational piano compositions while remaining immersed in the natural surroundings.

Created by composer and pianist Murray Hidary, MindTravel blends original live piano with mindfulness cues designed to encourage reflection and presence. Rather than projecting sound through speakers, the concert is transmitted directly to premium wireless headphones, creating a shared yet individually focused listening experience.

The MindTravel February Live-to-Headphones Silent Piano Concert takes place Sunday, March 8 on the sand near Lifeguard Tower 7, with the performance beginning at 6:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive 20 to 30 minutes early for check-in, as headphones are limited and distributed upon arrival. The event is family-friendly, though guests should be comfortable sitting quietly for the duration.

Participants are advised to bring a blanket, low chair or cushion for seating, along with water and a light layer for cooler temperatures. The concert is held rain or shine, with updates provided in the case of severe weather.
