MOAD + Kinetic Family Event

Sensory-friendly art and movement activities create a welcoming museum experience for neurodivergent children, teens and young adults and their families at Freedom Tower Miami. Presented Sunday, October 18 by the Museum of Art and Design at Miami Dade College and Kinetic Kickoff, the free program includes hands-on activities designed with a range of sensory needs in mind.

Participants can take part in projects such as Build Your Chimú Monkey and Trenzas, an immersive collaborative braiding activity led with guest artist Lucia Morales. A quiet resting area will be available for guests who need a break, and light refreshments will be served.

Complimentary parking is available in Miami Dade College’s Parking Lot 1, located just south of the Freedom Tower.
