MOAD Moves with Romina Carpio

A guided morning yoga session invites participants to move, breathe and reset within one of downtown Miami’s most distinctive gallery spaces.
MOAD Moves with Romina Carpio takes place on Saturday, January 10 in the Knight Skylight Gallery at the Freedom Tower Miami. Presented by the Museum of Art and Design (MOAD) at Miami Dade College, the class offers a vinyasa-based practice led by Romina Carpio, a Miami-based instructor known for blending fluid movement with an emphasis on strength, stability and alignment.
The session is designed to be accessible to both beginners and experienced practitioners, with a focus on mindful transitions and breathwork. Admission to the Freedom Tower’s exhibitions and galleries is included with RSVP following the class.
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats, as mats will not be provided on site. Free parking is available in the MDC garage at 500 NE Second Avenue, between NE 5th and NE 6th Streets.
