MOCA miniMakers: Celebrating Pride

Young artists are invited to explore identity and self-expression through a hands-on art activity inspired by the work of contemporary artist Mickalene Thomas. MOCA miniMakers: Celebrating Pride takes place Saturday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. at the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami.

Participants will create mixed media collages that emphasize individuality and confidence, while engaging with themes of inclusivity and self-love. Designed for children and families, the workshop offers a welcoming space to celebrate Pride Month through creativity and artistic exploration. Admission is free with required registration.
