Mother’s Day at Cafe La Trova

A special Mother’s Day menu highlighting Cuban-inspired dishes and seasonal offerings is available at Café La Trova in Little Havana. Held Sunday, May 10, the à la carte dining experience features a range of starters, entrées and desserts in a lively restaurant setting.

Menu options include dishes such as hamachi tiradito, shrimp cocktail and grilled cauliflower, followed by mains like filet mignon, rack of lamb, whole branzino and risotto. Desserts include chocolate mousse tart and tres leches with seasonal fruit and passion fruit, alongside a limited-time cocktail created for the occasion.

Café La Trova is led by cantinero Julio Cabrera and chef Michelle Bernstein, whose collaboration brings together Cuban culinary traditions and classic cocktail culture. The restaurant’s atmosphere combines dining with music and performance elements characteristic of the Little Havana neighborhood.
