New Year's Day Brunch

A celebratory daytime brunch ushers in the new year with a polished, high-energy take on indulgent dining in the heart of Brickell. Designed as a relaxed yet theatrical start to January 1, the experience pairs Sexy Fish’s signature atmosphere with a multi-course brunch format meant for lingering, sharing and easing into 2026.

The New Year’s Day Brunch begins with dishes served to the table, including Japanese bread service, miso soup, guacamole with nori chips, salt-and-pepper squid and prawn gyoza with lemongrass and garlic. Guests then move into the Culinary Showcase Station, featuring a rotating selection of sushi, sashimi, salads and raw bites, followed by a Dessert Station highlighting house-made Japanese sweets and playful treats from the Candy Corner. Main course options include kimchi fried rice, broccolini with yuzu chimichurri, salmon teriyaki, crispy tofu and avocado salad, slow-cooked brisket and USDA Prime skirt steak, with optional upgrades such as grilled lobster, Japanese A5 wagyu and oscietra caviar available.

Bottomless beverage packages are offered alongside a full cocktail list, champagne selections and zero-proof options, allowing guests to tailor the pace of the afternoon.
