New Year's Eve at Area 31

A panoramic dining experience rises above downtown as Area 31 offers a New Year’s Eve celebration shaped by seasonal cooking and views of Biscayne Bay from the 16th floor. The evening features a four-course prix fixe menu and reserved seating options that frame the city’s skyline as part of the experience.

New Year’s Eve at Area 31 includes dishes such as Florida wahoo crudo, Chilean sea bass and a surf-and-turf pairing of lobster tail and filet mignon, followed by a triple chocolate mousse cake finished with 24-karat gold. Guests may also opt for outdoor seating for an additional fee. Two reserved seatings are available, 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., with pre-payment required at booking.

Located atop the Kimpton EPIC Hotel, Area 31 is known for a culinary approach rooted in sustainability, drawing on local farms and fisheries. The restaurant’s vantage point over the Miami River and Biscayne Bay adds to the atmosphere, offering a setting where holiday dining and city views come together for the final night of the year.
