Designed as a social, walk-around experience, the night blends culinary highlights with atmospheric details leading up to midnight.
New Year’s Eve at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove runs from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., featuring a lively dance floor, party favors and a midnight balloon drop. Guests are welcomed with a handcrafted “Goodbye 2025” cocktail before enjoying passed bites served throughout the evening, from tequila-lime watermelon and truffle short rib arancini to dark-chocolate cherry tartlets ahead of the champagne service.
A curated à la carte menu is available all night, offering dishes such as oysters with champagne mignonette, lobster caviar toast, smoked salmon rosettes, black truffle deviled eggs, Wagyu sliders, tartare crostini and a trio of champagne-inspired macarons. The hotel’s signature cocktail, the Grove Royale, adds a tropical note with guava, passionfruit and lime.
A complimentary champagne toast marks the arrival of 2026 as the balloon drop fills the lobby with color and motion. Admission is $75 per person, plus tax and service, and includes music, culinary surprises and the evening’s celebratory touches.
