Noche de Paladar

Caribbean and Latin American food, music and performance come together for an evening at El Jardin Inn in Little Havana. Held Friday, October 9 as part of Unity Coalition’s 2026 Celebrate Orgullo lineup, Noche de Paladar pairs food and drink samplings with live entertainment representing several countries across the region.

The program features Las Martí from Colombia, JChris from Peru and Francia from Venezuela, along with performances by the Miami Gay Chorus and Cuba’s ADORA. Guests can also sample offerings from South Florida restaurants and caterers, with refreshments and a Prosecco bar available throughout the evening.
