North Beach Social: Mr. Pauer & Friends

Afro-Latin percussion, Caribbean rhythms and electronic production come together in a holiday performance led by Miami-based Venezuelan artist Mr. Pauer and special guests. The free concert takes place Thursday, December 17 at the Miami Beach Bandshell as part of the monthly North Beach Social series.

A two-time Latin Grammy nominee, Mr. Pauer is known for Electrópico, his fusion of Afro house, Latin house, global beats and the musical traditions of the Afro-Latin diaspora. His hybrid live set combines DJ mixing, electronic production, drum machines and acoustic percussion.

Produced by the Rhythm Foundation with support from the City of Miami Beach, North Beach Social presents Miami artists and cross-cultural collaborations on the third Thursday of each month. The series is also part of the city’s monthly Culture Crawl.
