A four-course Thanksgiving dinner pairs traditional holiday dishes with contemporary Miami influences at BALEENkitchen overlooking the ocean at Solé Miami. Presented Thursday, November 26, the prix fixe menu is created by Chef Arturo Suazo and offers guests a choice of appetizer, second course, entrée and dessert.
First-course options include yuca and cheese croquettes, jumbo lump crab cake with spicy aioli and honey-glazed balsamic Brussels sprouts. The second course offers selections such as classic Caesar salad, butternut squash soup and apple kale salad. sole-thanksgiving_ADA
Entrées include pumpkin ravioli with brown butter sage sauce, a 12-ounce New York strip steak with cauliflower purée, herb stuffing and demi-glace, or herb-roasted turkey breast with cranberry sauce, traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes and turkey gravy. Dessert choices include bread pudding with vanilla gelato, pecan pie and pumpkin pie.
The four-course menu is $135 per person, plus applicable taxes and gratuity.
