Open Fire Series Chef’s Dinner

An open-fire dining experience brings together two Miami chefs for a collaborative, multi-course dinner centered on seasonal ingredients and live-fire cooking techniques. Taking place Thursday, April 2 at Mayfair Grill, the Open Fire Series Chef’s Dinner features Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli alongside guest Chef Ivan Barros of Magie for a one-night-only culinary event. The evening highlights each chef’s distinct approach to flavor, presentation and ingredient-driven cuisine.

The menu is built around open-fire preparation, with courses designed to showcase bold, layered flavors. A featured moment of the dinner includes each chef’s interpretation of “Nuggets & Caviar,” with Barros presenting his signature “Dino” nuggets and Rapicavoli offering an Iberico version of the dish.

Seating is limited for this intimate dining experience, with optional wine pairings available to complement the menu.
