Out & Proud: Society's Got Talent "The Sensory Experience"
Dec 28, 2025
From: 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
A community-driven talent showcase highlights out and proud LGBTQ+ performers through an evening centered on creativity, visibility and sensory expression. Hosted by Proud Society, the event brings together local artists across drag, comedy, music, dance and live art, all competing in a friendly, charity-focused format built around this year’s theme, “The Sensory Experience.”
Held at Villain Theater in Little Haiti, the program unfolds in stages, beginning with pre-show cocktails in the lobby before moving into the main theater for the competition. Performances are designed to engage the five senses through sound, movement, visuals and atmosphere, with contestants evaluated by a panel of judges and the audience invited to vote for a fan favorite. The evening also features special performances by past winners and guest artists, including pianist and performance duo Carl Lauderman and Juan Carlos Vargas, neo-soul recording artist LHAYES and draglesque performer The Goddess Zenith.
Society’s Got Talent: out & proud “The Sensory Experience” takes place Sunday, December 28 at Villain Theater in Little Haiti. General admission includes theater access and raffle entries, with proceeds benefiting Proud Society’s 2024–2025 philanthropy initiative partners.
