The Paul Hobbs Dinner, taking place Wednesday, November 18, features a communal-style dining experience hosted by Chef Francesco Pescatore and Sommelier Jorge Lopez. Guests will enjoy a four-course menu thoughtfully paired with selections from Viña Cobos and Paul Hobbs’ acclaimed Napa Valley and Sonoma collections, highlighting signature varietals such as Chardonnay, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Each course, from beef carpaccio with Viña Cobos Felino Chardonnay to coconut pannacotta paired with Paul Hobbs Cabernet Sauvignon, showcases the balance, elegance and terroir-driven character that define Hobbs’ winemaking. Set within the Biltmore’s historic ambiance, the evening offers an unforgettable pairing of fine cuisine and world-class wine.
