A monthlong dining program at Eataly Aventura highlights the craft of fresh pasta making through a special prix-fixe menu. Restaurant Fest runs from March 5 through March 29 at La Pizza & La Pasta inside the Italian marketplace.
The limited-time promotion celebrates the tradition of handmade pasta, with Eataly’s in-house pasta makers, known as pastai, preparing fresh shapes daily using simple ingredients such as flour, eggs and water. Inspired by regional Italian recipes, the program showcases a range of classic preparations that reflect the diversity of Italy’s culinary traditions.
Guests can explore the menu through a $26 two-course experience, with options including a tasting trio of dishes such as Spaghetto Fresco Cacio e Pepe, Ravioli di Barbabietola and Gnocchi di Patate con Zucca e Fonduta. Diners may also choose a single fresh pasta paired with a seasonal appetizer.
Held at La Pizza & La Pasta, one of Eataly Aventura’s signature restaurants, the event offers an opportunity to sample handmade pasta specialties prepared daily in the market’s open kitchen.
