Secrets of the Nile New Year's Eve

An immersive New Year’s Eve unfolds at Habibi Miami as Secrets of the Nile transforms the Miami River waterfront into a theatrical celebration inspired by ancient Egyptian splendor. Drawing on the mythology of Cleopatra and the grandeur of a pharaoh’s desert oasis, the evening blends opulent design, live performance, and Habibi’s signature Mediterranean–Arabic cuisine into a richly layered countdown to 2026.

Two distinct dining experiences anchor the night. Early seatings offer a refined prix fixe dinner paired with celebratory champagne, setting the tone for an evening of ritual, rhythm, and spectacle. Menu highlights include elegant starters such as crab tartare with mango pearls and a vegetarian tomato carpaccio, followed by indulgent courses like seared scallops with black truffle butter. Main selections range from lamb loin with black garlic emulsion and wagyu striploin with truffle demi-glace to pan-seared halibut finished with saffron-braised fennel, Castelvetrano olives and caviar. Dessert arrives family-style with a crisp phyllo mille-feuille layered with pastry cream and warm spices.

The late seating elevates the experience into a high-energy, adults-only celebration, combining the full multi-course menu with premium champagne service and a festive riverfront atmosphere that carries straight through midnight. As the night progresses, Habibi’s dining room gives way to music, movement and celebratory ritual, culminating in the arrival of the new year amid sound, light and ceremony.

Secrets of the Nile takes place Wednesday, December 31 at Habibi Miami on the Miami River. A formal New Year’s Eve dress code is in effect, and seating is limited for both experiences.
