Skip the Line: A Tripping Animals Culinary Experience

Miami chefs, restaurants and beverage makers come together for an afternoon of unlimited tastings at Tripping Animals Brewing Co. in Doral. Returning Saturday, October 17 for its sixth edition, Skip the Line brings multiple South Florida food concepts under one roof, giving guests a chance to sample dishes, meet participating chefs and explore the lineup at their own pace.
Featured participants include Bar Fideo, Bar Bucce, Los Félix, Mandolin Aegean Bistro, Coney Burger, Apocalypse BBQ, Vice City Pizza, Midorie, Off Site and Tripping Animals’ own Trippy Kitchen, among others. Drinks include Tripping Animals craft beer, wine curated by Sidewalk Bottle Shop, specialty coffee from +58 Gourmet and sparkling seltzers, with music by Dr. Muusica and vinyl from Crazy Vynl Record.
General admission includes unlimited food tastings, while the all-inclusive ticket adds unlimited beer, wine, cocktails, coffee and other beverages. Complimentary parking is available.
