SOLA Miami New Year’s Eve Dinner & Show takes place on Wednesday, December 31, at SOLA Miami Beach, located inside the Fairwind Hotel on Miami Beach. The evening is offered in two seatings, each centered on a three-course dinner and live DJ-led entertainment, with a later seating extending into a countdown to welcome 2026.
The menu highlights a family-style appetizer course followed by guest-selected entrées, featuring options such as lobster surf and turf, herb-roasted chicken, fresh grouper and vegetarian cannelloni, with dessert choices including panna cotta, piña colada cake and chocolate hazelnut cake. Dishes are designed to balance celebratory indulgence with Miami-inspired flavors.
The early seating runs from 5:30 to 8 p.m., offering a relaxed dinner-and-show atmosphere suited for families and early evening celebrations. The late seating, beginning at 9 p.m., includes a bottle of champagne per couple for a midnight toast and access to the evening’s fireworks display.
