Sound Bath at Jungle Plaza
Jan 30, 2026
From: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
A guided sound bath invites stillness and reflection within a monumental public art setting in the Miami Design District.
Sound Bath takes place at Jungle Plaza, offering a meditative experience led by Tree Om Sound Bath amid British-Trinidadian artist Zak Ové’s large-scale installation. Known for his commanding sculptural works that draw from African and Caribbean mythology, folklore, and the global Black diaspora, Ové’s installation transforms the plaza into a space of symbolic presence, ritual and collective memory.
The sound bath session encourages participants to slow down and engage deeply with layered tones and vibrations as a restorative practice, allowing sound, environment and sculpture to interact. Guests are asked to bring a mat, with blankets and cushions recommended for comfort.
The event takes place Friday, January 30.
