Soundscape Cinema Series: The Addams Family

Gothic comedy and macabre family antics arrive at SoundScape Park with an outdoor screening of The Addams Family in Miami Beach. The Wednesday, October 28 presentation is part of the 17th season of the free SoundScape Cinema Series, which projects films onto the 7,000-square-foot wall of the New World Center.
Directed by Barry Sonnenfeld, the 1991 comedy follows the eccentric Addams clan after a stranger appears claiming to be long-lost Uncle Fester. His arrival sets off a scheme to swindle the family out of its fortune, leading to a mix of dark humor, family loyalty and supernatural chaos.
The PG-13 film is presented outdoors, rain or shine. Attendees may bring blankets and picnic baskets for the screening.
