Stamps Woodwind Quintet Fall Recital

Flute, oboe, clarinet, horn and bassoon come together in an evening of chamber music by the Stamps Woodwind Quintet at Newman Recital Hall. Presented Friday, October 30, as part of Frost Music Live’s 2026-2027 season, the recital highlights the balance, color and close ensemble playing of the traditional woodwind quintet.

The student ensemble features Lia Suk on flute, Kareema Colson on oboe, Eamon Comiskey on clarinet, Haley Avery on horn and Clark Johnson on bassoon. The fall recital showcases selected repertoire for the five-instrument format, emphasizing the contrasting timbres and conversational interplay that define woodwind chamber music.
