Summer in France, hosted on Friday, May 16 at Bouchon Bistro, begins with a welcome reception in the restaurant’s newly renovated garden before transitioning to the Bocuse Private Room for a communal three-course meal. Chef de Cuisine Garrett Rochowiak has crafted a menu that highlights fresh spring produce and regional French flavors.
Dishes include a vibrant Crudité platter featuring spring radishes, rainbow carrots, cucumber, asparagus and snap peas, followed by a chilled Salade d’Asperges. The centerpiece of the evening is a classic Bouillabaisse, served tableside and brimming with shrimp, mussels, clams, red snapper, daurade and seasonal vegetables. The meal concludes with a Tarte Tropézienne, a rich brioche dessert with orange blossom syrup and diplomat cream.
