Chef Christian Petroni is known for his contemporary approach to Italian American cooking, shaped by his background as the founder of the wood-fired restaurant group Fortina and his frequent appearances on Food Network programs. His cooking emphasizes bold flavors, seasonal ingredients and the communal spirit of shared meals, an approach also reflected in his New York Times-bestselling cookbook Parm to Table.
