Sunday Stories: The Legend of the Coqui

A Puerto Rican folktale comes to life in a family story time that pairs reading with hands-on creativity.

Sunday Stories – Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with The Legend of the Coqui takes place Sunday, September 7 at the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami. Families with children ages 1–5 can enjoy a live reading of The Legend of the Coqui, followed by a puppet-making activity inspired by the island’s beloved frog. Each child attending with a caregiver will also receive a free copy of the book to take home, courtesy of the Books & Books Literary Foundation. This program is free with RSVP.
