Sustainable Thrift & HiFi
Mar 20, 2026
From: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Thrifting, upcycling and music come together in a community-focused evening exploring sustainable fashion and design in Miami’s Little River neighborhood. Sustainable Thrift & HiFi takes place Friday, March 20 at Reserved MIA.
Part of the Miami Climate Week lineup, the event highlights how secondhand fashion and creative reuse can contribute to climate resilience. A panel discussion featuring participants from Reserved, Istituto Marangoni and local sustainability advocates examines the environmental impact of thrifting and upcycling, with a focus on practical, community-based solutions.
The program also includes an upcycled upholstery exhibit demonstrating how discarded materials can be transformed into functional design pieces, along with a circular economy market featuring local thrift vendors and pop-ups. Throughout the evening, a HiFi listening session with music, food and drinks creates a relaxed social setting centered on sustainability and creative exchange.
