SweetHeat Miami
May 12, 2026 - May 18, 2026
Each spring, SweetHeat Miami transforms Greater Miami & Miami Beach into a weeklong celebration where women come together to celebrate freedom, self-expression and the thrill of being fully present. What began as a bold nightlife concept has evolved into one of the city’s most anticipated annual gatherings — blending music, fashion, daytime energy and after-dark revelry across multiple neighborhoods.
Now in its 18th edition, SweetHeat Miami returns May 12-18, 2026, bringing thousands of women from around the world to South Beach, Wynwood, Downtown Miami and beyond.
What SweetHeat Miami Is All About
Created by women, for women, SweetHeat Miami is designed as an immersive, affirming escape where celebration and community go hand in hand. Over the course of a full week, the city becomes a shared playground of curated events — from mixers and themed parties to high-energy daytime gatherings and glamorous nights out.
“SweetHeat Miami is unique in that it’s the only continuous party experience in South Beach centered on women,” says founder Myah Mustafa, also known as DJ Dimples. “From the beginning, the atmosphere has always been about appreciation, celebration and acceptance — a space where women can show up fully and enjoy themselves without judgment.”
That welcoming spirit has remained central as SweetHeat has grown into a global draw, attracting attendees across generations and backgrounds who return year after year.
Events
SweetHeat Miami features a dynamic lineup of daytime parties, nightlife events and social gatherings spread across multiple venues throughout the city. Expect a mix of stylish all-white affairs, high-energy dance events, poolside moments, late-night celebrations and curated social spaces designed to encourage connection and fun.
The full 2026 event lineup and venue details will be announced soon, with programming released through SweetHeat Miami’s official ticketing platform.
The Story Behind SweetHeat Miami
After years of DJ’ing parties in Miami and across the U.S., SweetHeat founder Myah Mustafa envisioned something more expansive — a destination experience that would bring women together for an extended celebration rooted in nightlife, culture and community. With her professional and personal world closely tied to South Beach, the area became the natural epicenter for what would become SweetHeat Miami.
The inaugural event in May 2008 drew more than 1,000 women from across the country. Just one year later, attendance surged past 8,000, filling the streets of South Beach with daytime energy and nighttime buzz. By 2015, SweetHeat Miami welcomed approximately 40,000 women from around the world, firmly establishing itself as a major cultural moment on the city’s event calendar.
“It goes to show that bright sun, a sandy beach and Miami’s energy are hard to resist,” Mustafa has said. “The weather is perfect, and beyond South Beach, there are so many eclectic neighborhoods to explore. Miami offers the ideal backdrop for this kind of experience.”
Eighteen years in, SweetHeat Miami continues to grow, not just as a party series, but as a tradition rooted in empowerment and the power of gathering together.
