The James Beard Foundation brings their Taste America culinary series to Miami for the first time ever on Tuesday, October 10 at 7:00 PM. Presented by Capital One, this highly-anticipated culinary event will debut at the Rubell Museum, where attendees can taste their way through a selection of small dishes prepared by some of Miami's most talented chefs such as host chef Akino West of Rosie’s, chef Eileen Andrade of Amelia's 1931, chef Adrianne Calvo of Chef Adrianne's Vineyard Restaurant and Bar; chef Tristen Epps of Ocean Social, chef Carlos Garcia of Leku, chef Karla Hoyos of Tacotomia, chefs Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea, chef Carmen Miranda of Tacombi, and chef Raheem Sealey of Drinking Pig BBQ. The event also features TasteTwenty guest chef Rodolfo Cuadros of Bloom Plant Based Kitchen out of Chicago.
