Taste America: Miami

Two of Miami’s most acclaimed chefs join forces for an evening of culinary collaboration as the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America: Miami brings its national dining series to Sra. Martinez.

Presented by Capital One, the event features a multi-course menu crafted by Aaron Brooks of Sunny’s and Michelle Bernstein, James Beard Award–winning chef and owner of Sra. Martinez. The dinner highlights each chef’s signature style through locally inspired dishes such as oysters with mango criolla, blue crab and spinach lasagna, and wagyu beef flat iron steak, paired with selections from Treasury Wine Estates and CasAzar Tequila.

Part of a 20-city tour celebrating independent restaurants and regional creativity, Taste America: Miami offers an intimate evening that connects guests to the spirit of community through food. The event takes place Wednesday, October 29 at Sra. Martinez in Coral Gables, with an exclusive Capital One Access Pass reception beginning at 6:30 p.m.
