Thanksgiving at Faena Miami Beach
Nov 26, 2026
From: 05:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Live-fire cooking, Asian flavors and Latin-inspired dishes offer three approaches to the traditional Thanksgiving meal. The holiday dinners take place Thursday, November 26, at Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann and Pao by Paul Qui at Faena Miami Beach, along with Campo at Casa Faena. Each restaurant offers its own seasonal menu.
- Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann: Wood-fired wild mushrooms with roasted hazelnuts, Colorado lamb loin with creamy rice and wild morels, and slow-cooked turkey Pamplona with chestnut and sourdough stuffing and black truffle gravy. A shared assortment of autumn desserts completes the menu.
- Pao by Paul Qui: Scallop crudo with wagyu caramel and crispy sage, pumpkin risotto with truffle and burrata, and heritage turkey breast with cranberry-stuffed morels and duck tamari gravy, followed by seasonal desserts.
- Campo at Casa Faena: Roasted turkey roulade with squash blossom and spinach, accompanied by cranberry sauce with hibiscus and fermented chiles. Sides include sweet potato with lime leaf and miso butter, and charred Brussels sprouts with mint, nuts and epazote.
La Cava, Faena’s wine-lined private dining room, is also available to reserve for a private Thanksgiving gathering.
