Thanksgiving at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon takes place on Thursday, November 27 at South Florida’s only two Michelin-starred restaurant. Executive Chef James Friedberg and Pastry Chef Marta Kantorowicz present a five-course prix fixe menu that reimagines holiday tradition through the lens of French haute cuisine.
The evening begins with foie gras royale and continues with dishes such as thin sunchoke tart, Comté cheese soufflé with white truffle, olive oil–poached Icelandic halibut and a choice of organic turkey or Mishima reserve striploin. Dessert selections include apple spiral with caramel or pumpkin cheesecake mousse with ginger chantilly, paired with optional fine wine accompaniments.
Priced at $295 per guest with an additional $350 for wine pairings, this Thanksgiving experience offers an exquisite blend of artistry and indulgence, set within one of Miami’s most intimate and celebrated dining rooms.
