Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet at Amara at Paraiso

Amara at Paraiso brings a touch of tropical elegance to Thanksgiving with a waterfront feast designed for indulgence and celebration.

The Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet features an abundant spread of seasonal dishes and Amara favorites, served against the backdrop of Biscayne Bay. Highlights include velvety chestnut and wild mushroom soups, artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and fresh salads, along with roasted vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes, and both classic and savory meat stuffings. The carving station offers herb-crusted turkey breast, turkey pot pie, salt-baked salmon and porchetta, followed by an array of desserts including apple and pumpkin pies, seasonal cobblers and housemade gelato.

The buffet begins Thursday, November 27 at 3 p.m. and is priced at $109 per person and $48 for children ages 5–12, plus tax and gratuity. Supplements and beverages are available à la carte.
