Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet at Amara at Paraiso

A waterfront Thanksgiving buffet brings holiday classics and Amara at Paraiso specialties together on Biscayne Bay. Served Thursday, November 26, with reservations beginning in the afternoon, the menu spans seasonal starters, traditional sides, carved meats and house-made desserts.

Buffet selections include artisanal cheese and charcuterie, seasonal soup, salads, roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, mac and cheese and two styles of stuffing. Main dishes include herb-crusted turkey breast, salt-baked salmon and roasted ribeye steak, followed by seasonal cobblers, apple pie, pumpkin pie, cookies and additional desserts from the restaurant’s pastry kitchen.

The buffet is $119 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Additional beverages and menu supplements are available à la carte.
