The Boy Who Wore Jade
Jan 17, 2026
From: 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM
A locally rooted dark wave project blending analog synth textures and Spanish-language vocals brings a nostalgic yet contemporary sound to ZeyZey Miami.
The Boy Who Wore Jade performs Saturday, January 17 at ZeyZey Miami. Formed by Pezlo MD and VENTIGOTH, the project began as a low-profile creative outlet and has since evolved into a collaborative act shaped by influences from early-2000s dark wave, filtered drum patterns and synth-driven atmospheres. The music pairs moody electronic production with Spanish vocals, drawing on both personal history and genre revival.
The group has quickly gained local attention, including recognition from Miami New Times and an invitation to perform at the III Points festival following a recent Open House appearance. This 18+ show takes place at ZeyZey Miami, an open-air cultural venue and community gathering space known for presenting global live music alongside a curated beverage program of seasonal cocktails, natural wines and non-alcoholic options. On-site dining is provided by Tacos María, serving grass-fed, seed-oil-free tacos made with bold flavors and no shortcuts.
