The Heavy Pets Afterparty

A late-night surge of live music follows the Heavy Pets and Guavatron’s concert at the Miami Beach Bandshell, as ZeyZey Miami hosts the official afterparty on Friday, December 19. The event runs from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. and brings together some of South Florida’s most dynamic improvisers for a night that leans into rhythm, experimentation and collaborative energy.

The evening opens with Digital Laundry, Casey Luden’s dance-driven DJ project, setting the tone with house textures, breakbeats and groove-forward selections. Electric Kif takes over for a full live set, showcasing their signature blend of jazz fusion, rock, electro and deep funk.

To close the night, musicians from The Heavy Pets and Guavatron will join Electric Kif for a “Superjam,” blending styles and spontaneity in a free-flowing set that extends the momentum of the Bandshell show into the early hours.

The afterparty is 18+; doors open at 10 p.m. ZeyZey offers an open-air atmosphere with a curated bar program and on-site food from Tacos María.
