World Cup-inspired workouts bring a competitive edge to weekly fitness sessions at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort. Train Like a Champion Fitness Class takes place Wednesdays from June 17 through July 22, with 45-minute sessions beginning at 10 a.m. The series combines strength, conditioning and functional training in a high-energy group setting.
Each class uses equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands and cable machines to create a full-body workout designed around athletic movement and team-style motivation. Inspired by the energy of the World Cup, the sessions invite participants to represent a favorite country or focus on personal fitness goals while training in a guided wellness environment.
Classes take place June 17, June 24, July 1, July 8, July 15 and July 22. Class entry is $39 and includes valet parking. An optional all-access day pass upgrade and Carillon jersey are available for an additional cost.
