Twilight at Patch: Full Moon Forest Bath
Apr 04, 2026 - May 02, 2026
Select Days
From: 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Experience a guided forest bathing walk beneath the light of the full moon at Patch of Heaven Sanctuary. Held within a 124-year-old forest, this twilight gathering invites participants to step away from city noise and into a quiet, sensory-focused evening in nature.
Led by Suzanne Jewell, Chief Experience Officer and a certified Mindful Nature Guide, each session centers on silent immersion in the landscape. Participants move slowly through the sanctuary grounds, engaging in present-moment awareness practices designed to heighten the senses and encourage stillness. Forest bathing, a practice rooted in research on the health benefits of time spent in nature, has been associated with reduced stress levels and support for overall well-being.
The series includes two installments: Saturday, April 4 in observance of the Pink Moon and Saturday, May 2 during the Flower Moon. Both evenings begin at 7 p.m., with arrival requested by 6:30 p.m., and conclude at approximately 9:30 p.m. at Patch of Heaven Sanctuary in South Miami-Dade.
Spots are limited for each date. Participants are encouraged to arrive prepared for an outdoor experience and to embrace a quiet, phone-free environment throughout the walk.
