Valentine's Beachfront Dinner at Acqualina

A candlelit beachfront dining experience pairs oceanfront ambiance with a curated four-course menu designed for an intimate Valentine’s evening.

Valentine’s Beachfront Dinner takes place Saturday, February 14 at Costa Grill at Acqualina Resort & Residences on Sunny Isles Beach. Set directly along the shoreline, the dinner unfolds against the sound of the waves and lantern-lit surroundings, creating a relaxed yet refined setting. The menu begins with lobster bisque finished with fresh tarragon cream, followed by a watermelon caprese featuring vine-ripened watermelon, heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.

For the main course, guests may choose between herb-crusted grilled Australian Wagyu filet mignon or pan-seared wild-caught Alaskan black cod. Dessert features an opera cake layered with almond sponge, espresso, buttercream, dark chocolate ganache and raspberry sauce. The experience is complemented by Champagne selections including Louis Roederer Collection 246 and Cristal, with an optional Champagne package available. Vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free options are offered, with accommodations for special dietary requests.
