Valentine's Day Experience at Bagatelle Miami River

A Valentine’s Day prix fixe dinner sets the stage for an evening of refined French cuisine and romance at Bagatelle Miami River.

Designed around the theme of timeless love, the multi-course menu opens with shared amuse-bouches such as salt-baked beetroot with whipped lemon ricotta and fresh herbs, alongside yellowfin tuna crudo finished with lemongrass oil and Kristal caviar. Entrée selections continue the experience with dishes including steamed branzino paired with a mint-stuffed zucchini blossom and barbecued veal accented by black garlic and sage jus. The evening concludes on a classic note with a dark chocolate fondant made with Guanaja chocolate.
