A farm-to-table Thai pop-up unfolds each weekend within the lush grounds of Patch of Heaven Sanctuary.
Vera’s Thai Garden Pop-Up Café at Patch takes place every Saturday and Sunday through December 27, with one-hour seatings at 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Located inside the sanctuary’s Cacao Bar, the café offers Thai tapas crafted from locally sourced Redland Farms produce and prepared in the style of traditional Thai family recipes.
The rotating menu features small plates and mains such as Red Curry with black jasmine rice, Pad Thai with vegan, chicken or shrimp options, Tom Kha and Tom Yum soups, chicken satay, fresh garden rolls and Thai-inspired desserts. Beverage offerings include fresh coconut water, butterfly pea tea, Thai iced tea and specialty lemonades.
Reservations are required for café dining on weekends. Guests must also purchase a Patch of Heaven Day Pass, as the pop-up operates within the sanctuary’s 20-acre nature preserve. The $25 sanctuary entry fee is separate from café reservations and supports the nonprofit’s operations.
Seatings are designed to provide a relaxed, open-air dining experience immersed in nature. Timely arrival is encouraged to ensure a smooth service within each reserved dining block.
