Vizcaya Village Night Market: Holiday Pop-Up Edition

A festive evening market transforms Vizcaya Village into a holiday pop-up filled with local makers, creative workshops and seasonal flair. The Vizcaya Village Night Market: Holiday Pop-Up Edition blends shopping, games and hands-on activities in a relaxed, community-centered setting.

The event takes place Thursday, December 18, at Vizcaya Village at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens. More than 40 local vendors will offer handcrafted gifts, art, jewelry and gourmet treats, making it a convenient stop for last-minute holiday shopping. Throughout the evening, live music and performances set a festive tone across the village.

Several interactive activations are woven into the night’s programming. Creative workshops include an embroidered ornament hoop session at 6 p.m. and a community-centered creative writing activity at 6:30 p.m., both offered as optional add-ons. A holiday cookie swap invites participants to exchange homemade treats, complete with ingredient cards and provided take-home boxes, while the Bookleggers Mobile Library adds a literary note with cookbooks and culinary inspiration. Locally designed games hosted by We Met in Miami round out the experience, encouraging playful connection among attendees.

Admission is free with RSVP. The holiday edition also serves as a preview of Vizcaya Village’s ongoing night market series, which continues monthly with new vendors and programming through early summer.
