Where Her Voice Leads ft. Nikki Kidd

A celebration of women’s voices and their influence on the jazz tradition takes center stage at the historic Black Archives Lyric Theater with Where Her Voice Leads, featuring internationally acclaimed vocalist Nikki Kidd.

Presented by The Sunshine Jazz Organization in recognition of International Women’s Month, the evening highlights Kidd’s dynamic approach to jazz, shaped by a lifetime of musical exploration. Born and raised in Miami Beach, Kidd blends classic jazz phrasing with contemporary sensibilities, drawing from a wide range of influences that include soul, R&B and global sounds. Her commanding stage presence and expressive vocals have earned her accolades such as Miami New Times Best Jazz Act and Legacy Magazine’s 40 Under 40.

The performance takes place Friday, March 6 in Historic Overtown, offering an intimate concert experience within one of Miami’s most significant cultural landmarks. General admission tickets are $35, with $45 VIP options available.
